To ensure optimal service and availability for all our clients, I kindly request that you provide me with a minimum of 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellations. If a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours notice,or if the client is more than 15 minutes late to the appointment, a cancellation fee of 100% of the scheduled service price will be charged to your account.I appreciate your understanding and cooperation in allowing me to efficiently manage my schedule and accommodate every client.
